Objective
Okay. So the goal of this contest is to instill "emotion". The type of emotion is up to you.
Your job is to wrack your brain for your favorite quote, line, phrase, whatever, and draw (or write) something based on it. Here's the catch: this quote can only be 3 to 5 words long.
So maybe you don't have a favorite quote that fits that quota, or at least you can't think of one. Grab your favorite book. Listen to your favorite song, excetera. Find something in there.
This "quote" can basically be from any previous piece of literature: song, poem, book, play, etc.
And since the goal of the contest is show emotion, you must [try] to achieve this in your art. Even if your quote doesn't give off a strong emotion, dig deep down and try to pull out some feeling that it's given you. It can be of your favorite few-worder quote, but it will get "bonus points" if it portrays a strong emotion. Now, just because the quote itself doesn't necessarily evoke this strong emotion, the art you create based on it can. So I'm judging the emotion of the art, not the quote. The quote is just the...foundation of the art.


Important Stuff: (this list will probably be updated as I go along)
Quote HAS to be from some previous form of literature
"quote" must be 3-5 words long (no shorter, no longer!)
The quote must be either in the title of the deviation, or on the deviation itself
You must state somewhere in the description where this quote is from
All medias can be used for this contest. That means writing too!

Deadline
This may be changed as I get things sorted out but for now I'm setting it as December 31st. This gives you over 2 months.
